By accessing and using READMECanvas, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage License

Your Designs: Any SVG or PNG banners you generate using READMECanvas are entirely yours. You retain full ownership, copyright, and licensing rights to the creations you build. You are free to use them for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including in public/private GitHub profiles, company readmes, etc., without attribution (though attribution is appreciated!).

Software License: The code for READMECanvas itself is licensed under the MIT License. You may clone, modify, and distribute the repository in accordance with the license conditions.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to compatibility, availability, or accuracy of the generator tool.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall READMECanvas or its contributors be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the banner creator.
